Default need your help tks in advance

so I have a dilemma with my Jynxbox ultra lite Hd. Usually when I watch sat 91 and 82 I have a signal strength of 80

Since yesterday, sat 91 still has signal at 80 but when I switch to Hd sat 82, the signal goes down to 58-60 and then not long after I have no signal and if I go back to sat 91(Sd), I have no signal no more.

I changed the jb200 without any change. It still does the same thing everytime.

all this was fine before yesterday

anybody have a clue on what the problem could be? Jinxbox fried? Lnb , switch ?

here are the settings for both sat

    dish settings sat82 (no signal)

    lnb freq 11250
    diseqc1.0 Port 1
    diseqc 1.1 Disable
    Legacy Sw off
    legacy Lnb off
    22k On
    polarity auto

    dish settings sat 91 (works)

    lnb freq 11250
    diseqc1.0 Port 1
    diseqc 1.1 Disable
    Legacy Sw off
    legacy Lnb off
    22k off
    polarity auto

    thanks in advance

    Happy Holidays to all

first off i see you have both ports using the same port, change 91w to port 2 and leave 82w as is or vice versa

port 2 , 3 and 4 is being used by other satellite

they put both on port 1 and turned on 22k for sat 82, the set up has been like this for years, and worked fine until Saturday

Could it be the 22k switch thats gone bad?

if the other port was used for 110.119,129 and I would like to use one of them to get sat 82, would I need to readjust them or could I just change the port in the settings?

Noof , Where can I find which Lnb type it is?

    Thanks

You need to know weather it's legacy or dishpro.Look for pictures of both to help you identify what you have. You need to know.

Hello Noof , So I have checked pictures of both Legacy and Dishpro and I dont see any physical difference between the two. And mine doesn’t even look like any of them. If I knew how to post a pic of my Lnb, you could see if it was legacy or dishpro

my Lnb has a 22k switch to have 2 satellites on 1 lnb

my Lnb has a 22k switch to have 2 satellites on 1 lnb
Then use legacy settings:22khz on.Set port saccordingly.

thats what it was already , still the same outcome if I watch sat 91 signal is strong but if I switch to sat 82(22k on) then signal goes dead for 82 and 91. I have to reboot and watch sat 91 only.

Because this just happening recently, that I wonder if its the 22k switch that is acting up or my jinxbox all together going dead
