    Default Few issues with XRS4000

Here are some issues with the Buzz XRS4000 confirmed with other users:
This is not bashing the box, quite contrary, I like it a lot (sold Nvidia Shield TV to get this one ), but it would be nice to get this fixed

    1. A lot of apps can't get up to the top navigation bar (Cyberflix, MovieBox...) in the apps without using the mouse it's annoying. This wasn't an issue with the older buzztv. And you cannot change the mouse speed and default is too slow.

    2. T
he box is connected via ethernet but when you connect to a VPN it disconnects and you either have to shut it off/on or go into settings and IP settings and click on DHCP to get it to reconnect.
    It works fine on WiFi.
I tried with two VPN apps and the same thing happened.
    Another user confirmed this.

    3. This one is quite annoying: If i use s
treaming line, and only streaming line, not MAC, after switching to a different channel, the channel won't open; It must be BuzzTV app because if I use a another app I don't get this problem. If I go to server settings, it shows connected. But when you try to connect , an error appears. Have to turn the box off/on to connect again or wait for 10 minutes or so.
This makes me use different IPTV player altogether.

For issue #2 the fix will be relesed probably tomorrow.

    1.
This is an issue were aware of and trying to fix it
It an issue with Android 9 itself.

We do not have a date yet as to when this will be fixed, but it is being worked on.

    2. This was reported already and we actually fixed it over this past weekend.
It was an issue with Android 9 SDK that was provided to us from Amlogic

It will be included with our next OTA FW Update for the XR + XRS 4000

    3. If we could get a trial account for this exact streaming line service so we can check
That would make it much easier to reproduce this + fix it.

It can be PM to us here.
