Panels are giving 504 Gateway Time-out error on OK2 & Ok3 and channels are freezing badly.

its all good now. Was a little blip for less than 5 minutes but all good now thanks
Ok3 panel just came back. Stb emu using mac address with Ok3 freezing every channel in the english section. Internet speed is 233 download and my router is rebooted.
Tried again tonight every channel lags, skips every 5 secondes.
they are working on some network issues
It’s funny herk never has freezing problems, just for the fun of it try hallmark channel it’s horrible and it’s not the only one if I sit here and type all the ones freezing would be here for n hour
Stop exaggerating (every channel). I have been watching sportsnet and tsn 1 and have not had a phone call tonight from family or friends complaining about the service. Maybe you should go look into issues at your end. Typical complaints from non tech people or re-sellers here.
Looks like the Network issue has been resolved. Working well again.
