Tivimate? Setup?

I have tivimate loaded on a android tv box and I put in the M3u url and the playlist and it loads and the guide comes up but
when I hit the ok button the channel comes in but the screen is a green scrambled screen, I do have sound but no video. Any one have any ideas
or thoughts on what I can do to correct the problem. I am new with this program and just wanted to try is out. Anyone else using this program on a
android box? Help needed. Thanks edlkll

Not really sure i use Tivimate but haven't come across that problem.You could unplug your box and see if that helps.Or delete and reinstall the app.

I tried that and reinstalled the app and the same thing. This is a newer box a android with version 8.1 do you think that could be a problem?

I have not used this programme but you could check if there is an option to change the player.

I found out what the problem was. For some reason the box I was trying it on would not work with it, I tried it on another box I have and it works fine. Thanks for everyone's thoughts and help with my
questions I had on getting this program to work. edlkll

Do you know how to fix EPG issues?

Open tivimate/settings/playlists/click your server/update playlist/turn on update on startup, update interval change from 24hr to less. If it doesn't update then its your server most likely.
