All the vets here know that old site. Really happy the fix is still around.

I got lost for awhile after the talk site went down then i found satfix
where everyone from the talk site came to that was kool.
The talk site was the beginning of the iks thing the boris software
from europe made that possible.It was also where i got started in iptv
well wiziwig thats where all the master gurus came from i learned to own iptv from them
most from the bbc,albainia,and serbia.I knew then iptv would be the next way to watch tv
and tv from around the Fn world man not just this dicknet crap!

I have learn much from iptv watching people from others countries
live their lifestyles its to bad that we have these stupid ass copyright laws
you would be surprised at what we can learn from each other.

Satfix is a great site with a lot of good folks on it i wish it would go in another direction
other than a sellers forum but i guess ppl have to make the money!Im more into sharing!

Who remembers the good ole days before web sites when we got all our news from alt.dss.hack newsgroup - pre 1994
If we were lucky we had 56K dialup connection and on a busy night it seemed like it took forever to download the messages

I remember having some heated debates with DSSMili - we were both members of Sharon's Most Trusted Dealer's List (later it became Larmo's list)
I was offering unlopping services and everyone said it couldn't be done.... that it was a scam..... a few of the regular newsgroup guys, like Larmo, Super Dave, Poolman and iD and others sent us cards and we returned them unlooped.... for a while we were the only guys offering unlooping services.... that was the start of everything.
Soon we were selling unloopers, programmers, Black Sunday programmers, bootstrap loaders/wafers, Cubes, emulators and a whole lot of other sh*t.

Things haven't changed much in 30 years..... still a cat and mouse game....the Providers at times appear to have the upper hand......but then the pirates/hackers find a new way to counter their attack.... and round and round it goes..... :-)

Most of us old farts started out as card bangers and didn't really care much for the DreamBox guys and IKS - then geno Sauve (a DreamBox guy) got together with eYe (a good card Coder).
The DreamBox guys needed card bangers for their IKS and the card bangers eventually needed the DreamBox guys when they couldn't hack into the cards.

My DreamBox is still working and I still have a few hundred P4/P5 cards for sale if anybody needs one :-)

Yep - Raton was part of geno's underground DreamBox group - I remember when he first started working on RQCS we got to test everything first. PGM was also part of the group.
Raton wasn't much of a hardware guy - I remember sending him 2 DreamBoxes to use for testing when he was working on his FSLB program.
