i just want your opinions: what do you think if i cantact my isp videotron canada unblock my iptv ? i mean what can i tell them? what to give them as info (url)? knowing that i have five phone line with them besides internet total 245 $.

Calling your ISP and asking them to unblock an IPTV service is like calling the police station and asking them to come and get you for copyright infringement, Please remember this is illegal and against the law.. As soon as your give them the url they will know, and i think it was videotron canada that is now blocking GoldIPTV via court injection, So i would say this is not a good idea,

This statement makes you sound desperate and a bit amateurish. You need to follow the advice given here, invest in a low cost VPN suggested to you by one of the members and put yourself out of the misery.
