It has all my MTL locals (no I don't want GTA locals even thought they are 95% same programming - the news are not), and they also have some of the best lineup for the Fr. QC users.
The one thing I hope that is looked at, and a decision is made and clarified to all, is the use of tokens for MAC subs (at least on OK3). That is, that if you use one box to connect to a MAC sub, the server issues a token, and then you can't use another box to connect to the server. This is causing many people which I've referred to many ok2/ok3 resellers here, to be asking me for alternatives, since they have 2 or 3 TVs in the house, they only use one at a time, but they can no longer use their OK3 sub on multiple boxes by just using the same MAC/serial/deviceID (even if it is just 1 at a time). I'm in the same situation myself.
I understand the need for another level of security to avoid hackers, but tokens are even hard for the legit subscribers to "manage". I think maybe using one or both DeviceID would be great additional security, yet still allowing users with legit subs to have more than one box use the same MAC sub. And if using DeviceID, it would be nice if they are visible to the resellers, since some boxes (like the buzz) do not show you the DeviceID (been a while since I checked, but I don't believe they do).
Anyhow, it's obviously up to the server operators to decide, but it would be nice to know what their stand is on this. Will they keep tokens going forward (is that the new reality), or will they eventually get rid of them and possibly use a different mechanism ?
Thanks again for all your updates and constant help.
