    Default Question about remotes

    Will a 8.0 UHF remote work with a 6131 receiver or is there a way to change the UHF to IR. Maybe switch the bottom piece over but I tried to take it out and it's not coming out any ideas or I just wasted money

    Try this;

    Press and hold SAT until all 4 lights flash.
    Press 2.
    Press #.
    SAT should flash 3 times to verify a valid code.

    If this doesnt work then you need to check the menus to see what the remote address should be.
