    lnb type ocs-dp
    lnb freq-11.250

Dose the LNB look like this one???Dish_Pro_Twin.jpg

    Or this one??? DishProSingleDualLNB.jpg

Both have dual outputs, but the last one is for a single satellite only.

OK, then the dish he is using may need to be realigned, go to dishpointer.com and enter the location, then under the "Multi LNB setups" select the 91/82 satellites, this will give you a map with a line on it, you can zoom in to the location and move the marker to where the dish is mounted, this will tell you where the dish has to be pointed to get both satellites on that type of LNB.

If this does not work the the LNB may be dead, or may have a problem with the down lead coax.

    Just a thought.......

On your original setup with the 2 single lnb's were you skewing the lnb's individually or were you skewing the dish? If you were just skewing the lnb's individually when you switch to the twin lnb you now have to skew the dish.

Some photos of the dish and LNB would be helpful.

I am thinking out of the box on this and I have not played with a DN LNB for a long time, but with the single LNBs you used a switch, with the dish pro LNB it had the switch built in the LNB so if you are trying to use a switch with from the old setup that mite be the problem.

never saw an LNB that showed 90% signal strength that wouldn't bring in the picture if everything else was setup properly

Yes a good strong signal is needed but is only half of what you need, now you need quality for each satellite and each TP on that satellite, so if you have a bad switch you mite only get 1 satellite or the LNB mite not switch from V to H, the best way to test this is with a good single LNB and no switch, jmho.
