When you say the "receiver had a hard time starting up" do you mean it would not even turn on? If it will not even turn on sometimes I would suspect a bad power supply inside the receiver itself, and of-coarse the more equipment you have connected to it the more issues you will have.

I found what the problem was, it was the power adaptor on the T4. I tried the t5 adaptor on the T4 & it ran a lot better on the transponders. I reinstalled the DL200, I found one my older power adaptors that had 12 volts & 2.5 amp. It now runs as it should. I hooked up my SW21's to my receivers, I am getting the 91 satelite (showing in blue in the mid 80 range, but my 82 satelite , is showing red but showing in the high 80's & low 90's. I have the right skew set on my dish for my region but there are quite a few trees where I live. This is the best place to install my dish, any lower I would be in all the branches. Any ideas why my 82 sat is showing red but it is showing a good signal even though it is showing red. Thanks for all the advice, I was able to solve one of the problems.

Under your Sat. settings (82) make sure Turbo 8PSK is enabled and your switch settings match your cable setup (on/off etc.)
if everything is setup correct you should be LOCKED ON SAT. and will show in top right corner as such (top of TV SCREEN)
If all is correct then it is a matter of a Sat. Scan (even if showing red bars)
