Sticky Microsoft Wireless keyboard 3000 palm rest
I saw a thread in another forum and the respondents seem to be mad at Microsoft about this sticky, gummy wireless 3000 palm rest on that keyboard, and no one seems to resolve the problem.
Well, I was a little innovative and used hydrochloric acid or bleach, the one that is used for washing clothes, and goes by several brand names, the most popular ones are Cholrax and Clean and White.
Use full strength with a small rough towel and rub firmly in until the stickines goes away. Then use a clean damp towel to take off any residue with the bleach.
