    I had to get 1 person to perform a clear data , the update kept coming down but wouldn't actually update the box. Everytime the box was rebooted it kept asking for the update. 3000 model.

    should have first went to live tv/menu and check version at bottom left

    Same problem with Boomerang Mate 1 boxes (which are from buzz and use the buzztv app).
    Same exact message.

    Can anybody confirm if the 4000 model update has been sent yet? I know of 2 boxes that are still giving the not supported message.
    Forcing the update, factory default etc can’t get them online. I used the stub workaround for now.

    As for the 3000 model, some have still not received the update , and some others are updating but still giving the same error message. After rebooting them , they say to update again but the update doesn’t actually get implemented. I used the stb emulation for now.

    Most 3000 are up but not all with the update.
