Default Provider Update and now "Your Device is not Supported"

One (of the many providers) has released and update 2 days ago which affected all boxes. I was able to update my Buzz3000 and fix this issue but I am still getting this message on my Global 4K box as there has been no update.

    "Your device is not supported"

Is it the end of the Global 4k life with this particular provider?

    Any help would be great.

No. Went into the menu setting / factory reset. This because the Global Media 4k Boxes do not have the pin hole reset button. When it rebooted I got this message. Every time I hard reset I get it. Need to get into the menu to change the resolution or a way to get the icons to hit the 8 or 9 ten times.

This is stopping me from getting to the boot screen with the two icons.

Solved it. Factory is 1080p and the small cheap tv I use in the shop is 720p. Took it over to another tv which is 1080p and it showed up perfectly. Then changed it to 720p and now it works on the cheap small tv again.

So back to the original problem. A couple of nights ago a "provider" had an update and both buzztv boxes and global media boxes started showing "Your device is not supported".

Now Buzztv boxes almost right away had an update that resolved it.

Global have not as as we just found out factory reset does not solve it.

Are you aware of the "provider" I am speaking about? Trying to to name any names here.
