    Default BuzzTv has stopped?

    My neighbour called me and said everytime he tries to watch TV Series his xpl3000 says BuzzTV 2 has stopped working and asks if he wants to restart but it keeps doing it. He gets a different message when he tries VOD and it just stops without asking to restart. Live tv works fine. We both have the same server so its not that.
    Also just told me the box said something about do you want to restart in safe mode and for the next couple days, it had 'safe mode' in the bottom left corner for a couple days but now its gone.......
    Any ideas what the prob could be?

    find out his buzz sw version
    clear cache and memory too

    I asked for his version and its updated like mine. Ill try the uninstall updates with him (on the phone of course....lol) and let you know.....

    does he get it on all or just a few?
    I've gotten that in the past and just avoid the program as it's causing the problem

    His live tv is working perfectly. Its when he tries to go to VOD or TV Series that the Buzz App stops working.

    been happening also when watching 80s horror, 80s drama, and a couple of tv series... did bring it to the attention to the powers that be and it stopped for a bit... but realized that it happens on other stations...

    A friend was having a similar issue with ok3 but that was because he was using a url that ended with 8000/c

    So just removing the /c at the end may resovle this? He is running wickediptv. I also have the same (as well as OK2) and they work fine with /c at the end but wickediptv is a different number at the end instead of 8000.

    Removing the 8000/c worked for ok3.wicked does have a different number 2086/c wicked is working.

    Uninstalling updates worked....Just had to put the url back in and the box updated itself. VOD and TV Series back.
