lose network lose satellite 82-91

help after doing a master reset I don't see satellite 81-91 and I lost my network

You have to input all the correct data again:your iks server info, your sat lnb/switch type,ect

after resetting the receiver to zero almost all the satellites disappeared and i am able to put my server the network is gone

Load latest software and factory set .set up your sats and server info

The new file has been fixed. Use this one.
Factory reset.
Place the file on.
Factory reset again.
Scan your sats.

That sounds like the case,but it shouldn't have lost the software that was on the box.

Agreed sir.I interpreted his original post as a software reset,rather than a factory file installation.Reset won't delete the installed software.
