xrs 4500

I received my xrs4500 a few days ago a great box. The problem I have is I have a couple of subs that work great, but am trying to get BestBoy MAC based to program to run. Anyone know if I need a particular video app to make it run? It will connect, shows my acct info but no video or sound. It does gave an epg that fills in on loading.

Did you give Mac to seller to add to panel? Also you have to get previous Mac of other device removed first

Make sure your url is correct it works fine on my 4500

Yes I did give my new MAC to the seller, not sure if he removed the old one. I have checked the url many times. I will get hold of the seller to check and see if he removed the old MAC from my xpl3000. Thanks for the quick reponse.

The problem I was having was server related. They corrected the problem, working ok now.
