Just for reference, I am using the buzz classic interface and have no issues like this.
Just for reference, I am using the buzz classic interface and have no issues like this.
Using modern ....it glitches with a loud snapping noise then loops. If you stare at the looping long enough you see a buzz logo and a plus sign with a gear at the top right, which I move the mouse to it and keep pressing it till it catches. lol Will test it over the weekend
reset with tooth pic ... wiped and reboot method about four times.
Like I mentioned I will test it all weekend, I don't think somethings wrong with the 4500.I am starting to believe something triggers it into this mode. If that fails, thanks for the help url.
You dont have to fill out a rma but they can look at your issue and offer help
There is another looping issue which is caused by a weather widget. Buzz might be able to help you onlineMost of the buzz testers on this site use the same interface as you and have not reported any issues.
What apps have you installed?
I haven't installed anything I just received the box Tuesday evening. I have turned off all google, play store and services. Aptitude and everything not iptv related. Its been fine for 2 hrs now. I do not know if it's calling home and being zapped for trying, it is certainly a different issue as I can not find anyone with a similar issue. I really believe something triggers it. When my weekend test is over I will either seeks support or exchange.
The buzz has been fine on a 10yr old samsung for 3 days. I really wanted it on my large 4k screen. Contacted support he suggested changing HDMI cable. lol
Is anyone using a buzz 4500 with a smart tv?
Yes and i'm having some problems with boxes flashing off and on. But i don't know if it's the tv, Onkyo receiver or if it's the HDMI cable. I did try another HDMI and got nothing but a blank screen.
Did you try another hdmi cable as suggested? I'm going to go find another hdmi cable. Then i will report back later.
Tried 3 working cables, I dont think they are compatible with the present software. I have an Onkyo as well but bypassed it for testing. When I chose the HDMI port for the buzz 1,2 or 3 you would think thats it, what ever is attached to it would play. Something is interrupting the connection for some unknown reason they dont agree.
Im using Toshiba 4k smart tv
