Scanning issues

had to redo reciever and wirh the 3.4 file it doesnt want to scan all channels
how do i loadf kjohns tp fix, it doesnt seem to want to load for me

Have tried 2 dif lnb have tried manually setting tp have hooked up dif reciever which gets all chan on same setup but have same result with 2 pinwheels only scan half the chan
