You can find #110, lock in elevation & azmuth then scew the dish for #119.
It doesnt quite work that way...On a dual satellite dish the dish is pointing in-between the two satellites, so for the 110/119 pair the dish needs to be pointing at a location of 4.5 degrees West of 110.
So do as Dishuser said, go to dishpointer.com and enter your exact address, then go to the multi LNB setup list and select the 110&119 option, this will give you a map with a marker at your location, zoom in as close as you can to the exact location of the dish, then click on that location or move the marker to the dish's location and click on it, this will give you the direction, elevation and skew settings for your location.
Then on your receiver go to satellite 119W, select the 12414L transponder and go to channel 101, this is an open channel, you can use it to tweak the dish.
