I'm using the 4000 unit right now and I'm not getting that issue. When you decide to change channel can you check any other buttons to see if they are responsive? Does the batteries in remote still have juice and you can try changing them

batteries are new. I CAN STILL PRESS THE GO BACK BUTTON & it works and turn off box.The channels sometime come back after two minutes. I have very high speed internet!

Are you hard wired to high speed internet via ethernet or using WiFi? The unit can sometimes behave strangley operating on WiFi so try hard wiring and see if that helps resolve your issue. If it's not that try downloading and reinstalling the last Buzz OS update then hard reboot and see if this resolves your issue.
