I am on Shark (Cobra) every day, and I prefer it to others ... As I have already told you, if you are connected by wifi, connect by cable. Also restart your router / modem. If I could go and check with you I would be happy to.

my connection is always direct using ethernet cable, and never use wifi and I did always restart both router and modem when I feel like something is not right and I also always check the speed of my internet and always consistency at 150Mbps, some how doesn't help, as I mention to you I have not have this problem with server I use before I switch to Cobra TV, I hate to complaint and is not my intention to you..

You're absolutely correct this server required the use of VPN for some, to help with freezing and buffering..maybe because server location related..
