Default Do you know who this provider is?

We are trying to find the provider and hoping you guys could help.

My cousin bought service from a local guy. The service is good. I am actually thinking of moving on from IKS to IPTV.

The seller is not helpful about the provider. My cousin wants the provider info so he can purchase tivimate app and use it as the EPG.

From the picture, can you tell who the provider is? THANK YOU!

Nearly impossible to tell just from a picture. Unless you have the portal URL somewhere in the settings, or someone recognizes the custom background.

Other option is to check friend's router. Often there may may be a history log of activity from different machines. I know on most ASUS routers if you have Adaptive QoS enabled, it keeps track of "Web history" if enabled from all clients on your network. I just checked and if I check the MAC from any of my boxes, you can see the portal URLs that the box connects to (among other things).

I'd say use wireshark to capture packets and check source/destination, but that would imply someone with a little computer knowledge, and having an old dumb hub lying around, since with many switches today you can't sniff much, since they do move packets using MAC address tables to/from specific ports to prevent man in the middle attacks.

do a debug on your windows browser you will need to use the up/down keypad
example add the tvtp.cz in place of 123iptv.nl

try this code in your browser
    Code:
    http://123iptv.nl/c/index.html?debug&debug_key=WORKSHOP&mac=00:1A:79:3A:50:07
but it looks like the server is gone or changed portals add your mac too yeah all the ones i have are dead maybe the server moved

Thanks for your help. I want to switch to android so I can use a better EPG app. Do you know how to do that?

    Thanks.

It could be another provider, no?

I mean more than 1 provider can be using that server. I am completely new to iptv but just thinking out loud.

    UPDATE:

Mystery has been solved with help from members of satfix and a bit more digging. Having practiced on my cousin's machine until everything was running tip top, I went ahead and bought the same box and moved to iptv. The icing on the cake was tivimate EPG app. It is worth the xx per year but I think I'll spring the xxx
for lifetime. The guide was only thing that kept me from jumping on board but after installing the app, there is no looking back.

Thanks for all who helped via forums and PM.
