hey everyone... i know you might think this is a silly question.... but how does one permanently unpair the remote from the box xr4500...? i unpaired it settings but after a while it asks back to re-pair again... any ideas? thanks all!!

Tried to look for that but didn't see that option... Will triple check again though...
