Ok3 6am to 7am

Has anybody noticed that ok3 server and the portal are down on a regular occurrence between 6am and 7am every morning?

The portal says host error 520 and the box stays on connecting. I thought it was an isolated issue with one person who may be on some drugs but lo and behold it actually goes down every morning.

I currently cannot connect and others have now brought it to my attention.

It’s like they reboot the servers at that time, Herk has been sent a private message so I will wait for his update.

Tech informed me that server backup is done around that time It only affects a limited amount of people

Thanks everybody for the feedback. It is eastern time zone and yes as per dishuser response , it does affect all channels.
Is there a workaround to not be affected with the backup as I am aware of at least 4 people who have this issue. Can the backup process be changed to a different time slot, possibly like Ok2 time slot if indeed that server does daily backups? Interesting the problem started when daylight savings time changed in the fall season.

with the clocks going back that would mean it used to start at 7 before??

I can confirm with you, I am impacted as well and several of my subs between the 6AM - 8 AM EST window, it is usually a short windows of 15-45 minutes, panel+ services goes down(black screen on stb emu). I noticed this maybe about 6 months ago when COVID started since i am usually out to work at those times.

I am not sure if it started at 7am in the past, it possibly could have. I was told the issue started when the time changed in the fall season. I personally just witnessed it this past week when it was brought to my attention by more than 1 individual.
