    Default No Sound

    Hello All,

I have two buzz 3000's both with no sound. On one of them, there is a choice to switch sounds to hdmi raw but whenever I try switching to it, I get an error messaging saying system needs to restart. On the other buzz box, I don't have the option to change sound. Any suggestions on how I can get sound on the Buzz box?

Thanks for the reply. I tried using the youtube app and no sound. I got the receiver from fleabay and it arrived without sound. I tried factory reset, different tv, different cables etc. Tried volume up and down same thing. Trying to find a firmware so that I can reflash

Thanks for the reply DU. I hear there is a button somewhere on the box that can be accessed to do a hard reset but can't seem to find it. Any idea where it might be?

Update. Just found it. I will give it a go and let you know.

Did the hard reset on the device selected data wipe and getting the same results. Whenever I try to change the sound option, the device keeps crashing.
