    I tested on my end for two days to try to reproduce, even on a weak wifi signal, and the device operated very well.

    Maybe you can try using a wifi adapter, if you have one.

    hes wondering why almost all his other boxes work fine in the same location

    I loaded the box with stbEmu pro this morning and lost the wifi in under 10 seconds , really fast, performed worse than the secondary player on the tv buzz 4 app.

    Only chance to watch some tv on this xr4000 unit at the moment is using the default player but that has some disconnections but not as fast as the other player or emulation that was tried.

    I will send in this buzz box to the support people to test it out.

    Watched 1 football game yesterday on a working 4000 and another game on a 3000 and not even a hiccup. Congrats Bills and Tampa.
