I wouldn't use the auto connect feature. Be specific with the location you want. Chicago, New York, and Seattle have worked well for me. VPN can and will slow down tour connection. I run a speed test after connecting to make sure the speed is still above 30mbps.Originally Posted by runamok

Buffering could also be caused by jitter* on your ISP connection, try the link below and select the closest city to your location,(it will do it automatically) if the jitter is too high (over 70 to 100 mS) then it could be the cause of your problems.

yesterday I got 29mbps
and I only pay for 25mbps

test fusion connect and download speed was way down to 4.7 upload is 10.13 jitter shows 2ms
