Tried it several times, but it was always the same:lean & tough.It's a fine braising/simmering meat,but not to my liking in steak form.Flavours are similar to the beef you're familiar with.

I had it a few times too. It's good but more expensive than beef. Good for you though, low in cholesterol, less fat and calories.
