Default sv8000 Network Settings does not show connection properties

I click on Network Settings. I see Waiting . . . and the screen goes back to current channel. I did a system clean followed by updating with HD-2028 and same situation persists.
    My version shows
    Product sv-HD8000
    BootLoader 02.07
    Main Software HD20E
    Front Software vA-12
I check at the back of the Ihub and green and yellow lights show network activity.
    Could you help?

After you did a sysclean & loaded the 2028, did you do a hard reboot of the ird?The SV will load the dongle on the subsequent reboot. For the record, I remove the dongle when using the cleaner files.I Bricked 2 ihubs before I figured out the problem was the cleaner file.Clen without the dongle in place, but reinstall it when you load the 2028.

At times my SV-8000 will do the same, with trying to get into network settings, when that happens I keep trying the same
routine and at some point it will let me into it (network settings) what i think is happening is the SV-8000 is not getting
or obtaining the proper IP from router/modem, filling all the network fields with 0.0.0.0"s "NO CONNECTION"
If network settings are set to Static, change to DHCP, if that doesn't solve issue then you may need to Re-Boot
    router/modem & SV-8000

It took me quite some time to troubleshoot my network settings. I had a pihole ad filter set up on my routers. The pihole application crashed and the sv 8000 had problems to resolve DNS and was firing DNS FAIL. After removing references to the pihole, I am getting a solid connection and no problem to access the netwrk settings page.
