Default 3000 giving network error when turning back on after shutdown

I normally shutdown my 3000 for the night and start it up during the day when I watch it, but it has started to give a network error after starting up. I have a wired network setup using DHCP and I can look at the settings... looks fine but can't connect to anything.
I did a factory reset and after setup, all was good for the day, but the next morning it was giving the error again.
This time I just unplugged it and left it for a minute.
After plugging it back in... it worked just fine... bit of a pain but any suggestions on what may be causing the network problems.. or where to look.

    Thanks

Do you have other Devices plugged in at same time ? could be IP conflict with other stuff on network ?
Can you log into router/modem see what's going on.

No conflict... I checked the router.
Also, when I got the error, i checked the IP on the 3000 and after the hard reboot the IP was the same and everything worked.
