Herk, for what it's worth I did have several donors last night who were complaining of "unavailable server" errors. Issue seemed to fix itself about a half hour later, but so far today it's been back to throwing the same server error. VOD is unavailable and live is just black. Mac only, m3u seems good.
I checked a dozen vod no issues
No issues connecting either to live tv
I have been seeing this for WEEKS on several accounts. It happens randomly, and the only fix is to delete the account and re-add it with a new MAC, or move the MAC to a working account. I have email support from our reseller SERVERAL times and they have gotten no where with the OK2 admins. It is infuriating. to say the least. If anyone here has a way of troubleshooting that server side, that would be awesome, as we are out of options.
I hear ya. But the thing is, I don't believe this to be isolated to only ok2. I do see it happen here or there with pretty well every other service I deal with.
I believe nobody knows exactly what the issue really is to be honest with ya... Perosnally, I'm not about to start deleting months worth of credits in order to get them back on track when it comes out of my pocket. Only solution is like you say, delete the acct and re-add or I've found changing the mac works as well. if you find one service that's experiencing this and they cop to it, I'd love to hear from you!!!
