Ask wicked to reset your stb lock and have your external video player in settings on. Worked for me on a dream link dlite.

Tried it and doesn't make a difference.

My neighbor is having the identical problem.

Also when switching and the channel goes black in settings the "Expiry Date" now says 'N/A', until I reboot the box.

We have both done numerous factory resets and tried all three Wicked domains.

two dreamlink T2 prime, same house, one never has a problem but the other keeps getting black screen when changing channels EVEN if they are swapped, its always the same one that locks.

I never had that problem on my buzz boxes until about 2 or 3 weeks ago.

After going through to try to narrow it down, I found that it only happens on when I switch to/from some "Pluto" channels. A few weeks ago, I had added the Pluto "This old house" channel (since the 24/7 channel for "this old house" has been in an infinite loop for the last few months - but did not report it since I had other sources for it). But since I found it in the Pluto lineup, I had added it (figured why not), along with an "americas test kitchen" pluto channel. But ever since I added them to my favorites, I found that at least once every 2 days, the box would hang when I would switch channels to/from those. Decided to remove it from my favorites so I don't switch to it, and the hang ups have stopped.

So only thing I can figure, is that something in some of the Pluto streams is causing the hang ups. I tried using default/secondary players and still same thing. So something in stream (which only happens during channel change) seems to choke the players and hang the box. IF I wait about 45 seconds, it eventually gives me the usual android "force close" dialog. But for those 45 seconds, the box does not respond to anything.

Just removed it from favorites for now, and when I do decide to watch them (which is not too often), I am prepared for a hangup

I have not tried pluto channels on another server, so can't compare.
