24/7 channels are freezing...have been for the last couple of days.

Some have been glitching like Stargate Atlantis one of my favorites.

tech fixing a load that got broken a while ago. Unfortunately by fixing them it makes the server go 100% CPU.
he has almost finished the ones that We know of so should be done in the next day or so.
So you may see some freeze on 24/7 well work is being done

can anyone tell me what the point of having 24/7 channels are if all they show are repeats day in and day out

There are some that show more different episodes.The superman movies was showing all now just the first move.The server doesn't load episodes it loads channels.

Channels with TV series, often cycles through all episodes of all seasons.
Like if you switch to a channel for something like "supernatural" (which wicked is one of the few services that carries it), it starts from S01E01, and goes all the way through all episodes from all 15 seasons. When there is nothing else decent on TV, I love switching to stuff like "The Jeffersons" and just watching some nice old comedy, where a lot of things were more acceptable than today "Honky".
However in the last week, at least one channel (24/7 House MD) seems to be looping over 1 day worth of episodes, so day after day it is the same episodes. It was NOT like this previous. Previously, it would take a while before the episodes would cycle through all 8 seasons. Now it seems to be cycling through the same season only. No biggie, but just saying.
You don't like them, you can just ignore them

Sometimes get this so I clean out cache on everything.
