Default Frequency gone red all of a sudden

Hi 12.399 has gone 'bad or no signal' on me for some reason. Full signal strength, just red. I don't see anyone over at sat9182 asking about so it must be me. Not sure what to do about it. Affects all channels on that frequency.

    Thanks for any help.

If you are using any switches remove them and connect your receiver directly to the LNB and see if the TP comes back. If it does not it sounds like your LNB is starting to fail.

That did it! Thanks! I was hooked up to a 0/22khz switch which I realized I don't really need anymore because have cut out 110 119 sats. Direct plug in worked great.

    Thanks again!

Try re-scanning the TP, doesn't have anything to do with sat9182. A month ago all my tps were red, turned out my switch outside was no good anymore, replaced and back to normal.

Yeah as described in the previous post I discovered a bad switch and just hooked cable up direct and voila! thanks for your response.

I just had the same thing happen on one of my T5s. I swapped both T5s, and confirm that the good one works in both locations, and the bad/red one does not work in either location - so that rules out cabling, switches and power supply.

Is this likely to be a failing DL200 module? I am a little hesitant to swap DL200 modules, cause I don't want to fry my working one if it's an issue with the box itself....

Remove the module & deal with the 91 sat alone.See if you can watch sd without the module.

So, I can confirm that the 91 channels work without the DL module, so it is almost certainly shot. IF I can find another, I will almost certainly put a fan in the box to keep it cool.

I'm convinced that the modules die prematurely because of heat.Long cable runs with multiple switches/lnb's doesn't help either.I install supplemental cooling to ALL my stbs.I have not had a repeat module failure since that practice. Also make sure that the silicone heat sink makes proper contact with the 8psk AND the steel housing.Absolute must!

I have found that the modules with the Aluminum/metal Heat-sinks, seem to last Longer
they must dissipate the Heat better I'm guessing ?
Also for extra Cooling for your Rec./Boxes get a set of these:
    Code:
    https://www.amazon.ca/PCCOOLER-Adjustable-Portable-Compatible-Playstation/dp/B08XNLSB9M/ref=sr_1_7?dchild=1&keywords=usb%2Bpowered%2Bfan&qid=1617489032&sr=8-7&th=1
I have set and I have no problems with Heat issues on my Boxes
