Default EEROS wifi with formuler z box

Hello everyone. Im working abroad right now and staying at a place that has whole house WIFI using EEROS

I can't hard line to it because of the location.

I believe the box is confused as to where to connect because the eeros has 4 locations in the WIFI list. None of them will connect.

    For example:
    The list looks like this

    9845prat
    9845prat
    9845prat

Then some random ones from around the area. It will not connect to any of them. All my other devices connect without issue.

    Thanks for any help.

That doesn't fix the box not connecting to the wifi.... when you connect to one it connects to all 4 locations and connect fails

Could there be a IP conflict or could the Box be set to Static IP and not DHCP ETC. ?

Unfortunately no. I truly think the box is confused and trying to connect to multiple points. Or they're is a setting inside eeros that needs fixed. If I look at my phone or laptop it only shows 1 network. The box shows all locations of the network.

not hooking up my formuler to confirm it's possible to do but try turning off network scanning and then add a network

I'll give it a run. It's weird that all the other devices see only 1 network and the formuler sees each connection point. It's like the box Durant understand a mesh network.

Is it "possible" to get into the eeros (log-in) and maybe assign a IP to the formuler so it won't be looking for one
or setup a static ip inside the formuler to match the ip from the eeros, ?

on my buzztv if I turn scan off I get maybe 2-3 access points is why I suggested it
for example it only shows my 2.4 but if I manually add my 5g it connects
but also if I have scan on it obviously finds my 5g ...lol

So this worked! I went into the android wifi settings added the network. It still shows all the locations but when I hit connect it got it.

Thanks so much for the suggestion! Very much appreciated
