    We need more info, how is it hooked up, HDMI or Component, etc. give us some back-round etc.
    Video problem or audio ?

    Or is it the LG does not recognize the T5n My Samsung would not recognize my T5 I just called it cable box

    Try a high quality hdmi cable first.I had the same issue with 2 panasonic 4k led tvs.The same T5 worked fine on a panasonic plasma & a samsung led.Good cable gives the best results.Google hdmi/hdcp errors for more info

    P.S...if your tv provides for it,you can try component inputs.If it is an hdcp issue, it won't bother you using component because component doesn't have to be hdcp compliant.
