Anyine have any suggestion on resolving. Were I might get the original factory firmware file.

I recall contacting Traxis very long long time ago inquiring for a factory and they answer. I still have a North America DB and the box brochure but no factory. There are contacts, phone # in the brochures that you can give it a try
