Hello Herk happy new year everyone

Just wondering if this has been resolved. I do have a few customers getting black screen while mine and others are working

So I changed the Mac on my end and got the customer to change his Mac but it's the same issue. Still showing black screen, cache was reset and app was cleared off the memory as well.

I soft reset on my panel as well, nothing works and it's only for this guy. He said it was working this morning and I haven't heard of any other outages. Really weird so I'm going to check back later to see if anything changes.

So after changing the Mac address I had to do another device reset and it now works. Thanks Herk for confirming no server outages.
