Thread: new buzz user with a few issues....please help

    Default new buzz user with a few issues....please help

    I am a little new to the buzz box. it came with a netflix app. I cannot sign in? looks like a mouse is needed. I did not notice a mouse included with box?

    (using wicked iptv)checked out the original star trek series from the 60's in the series section....tried season 1 episode 1...the audio is not in sync ....is there any way to adjust it?

    I have noticed the adio out of sync on some live channels sometimes as well....especially if using the channels that allow you to go back 24 hrs....is there a fix?

    really like the box but hoping there are ways to adjust audio sync issues

    there is a mouse on the remote You can try the other built in player Hit the menu button and change player

    so I got mouse to work but it was realy slow. remote in general was really slow

    took out batteries and pressed buttons a bunch...then unpaired remote and paired again

    now mouse is fast ....remote works well....and somehow out of sync audio is fixed

    I did notice under settings there is an audio selection that allows adjustment of audio latency....will try that if any further audio issues

    still not liking the netflix app though....would be really nice to not use mouse

    Nothing buzz can do about the netflix as licensing is not possible

    I found the fix for audio out of sync on the series I was watching

    Start the show. Then go back to Home Screen then go back to the show and hit resume

    For some reason the pic aspect ratio will change but also audio will be back in sync

    Then push green button on bottom of remote and you can change aspect ratio of picture back to what you want

    Bit of a pain but not too much trouble once you know what to do

    I have the updated 4900 sw. I played the star trek series using both Mac and xc and there were no sync issues
