A cop is walking down the street when two spanish men come running up to him...
The first Spanish man asks if he can understand Spanish. The cop says he can but not very well. The second man starts speaking in Spanish but very quickly.
"Hold on, I need you to the slow down" the cop says in broken Spanish.
Again the second man starts speaking in Spanish again very quickly, all his words a blur.
"I understand there's an issue but you need to slow down." The cop says again.
The second man manages a quick breath before speaking rapidly again, his words all blending together.
"I'm sorry but I cant understand what your friend is saying, he's speaking to fast" The cop says exasperated.
The first man manages to say in English "I'm sorry, he's panic."
The cop looks at him "Well aren't most who speak Spanish?"
