Default No sound on some channel - decoder initialization error

I have a few channels that I cannot hear any sound.
When I tried to change the audio, it only has the English, 5.1 surround sound and Disabled. Upon selecting the 5.1 SS, the system shows "Decoder Initialization Error"

I used to have audio on these channels

    Running BuzzTV 5

    Any idea.

Where is the option to select another video player on Buzz? As I mentioned, I can only see either Disabled or 5.1 Surround Round in the audio option for the channel (when I hit the left arrow button).

I only see Default or Secondary for Live TV under video player setting. Toggle the setting to either doesn't seem to help.
The channel still only shows Disabled or 5.1SS under Audio setting.
