I have an xpl3000 and the WIFI keeps shutting off. I go to WIFI and turn it on but within a couple of min it shuts it`s self off. It does work well using LAN but sometimes there isn`t one available.

Probably losing connection from being to far away from Modum/router since you say it works hard-wired ?
It really shouldn`t slide the switch closed on the box.
how far away is the Box from router/modem, if the wifi signal has to travel through walls etc. any distance the signal degrades
and your Box is losing signal or dropping connection because of it. When your Box is Hard-wired does it work fine then ?
Also depends on what Band setting it's on 2.4 or 5ghz setting on Box/router/modem ?
What is the latest Buzz xpl3000 update. Does Buzz still support the box with online updates? I did a factory reset to try and correct the problem with the WIFI shutting off after about 30 sec. Still doing the same thing, hoping an update will correct the problem.

I only have Ver2 271 where can I download 352?
Still can`t find Ver 352 update firm ware for my xpl3000. Is it still available to download through my Buzz box ?
Sorry when I copied and pasted I missed a part of the address and it took me elsewhere. I now have the file thanks very much.
I have a WIFI extender and other Buzz boxes work ok. There is a good strong signal.
OK I followed Sticky`s instructions on how to do a Hard Reboot and it enabled me to install Ver 352. It didn`t help with the WIFI shutting down.
Then it's likely hardware
if you have Charter then consider that they are resetting their modem, happens to me a lot any more, look at the lights, and then when i lose their signal my router also quits and another thing i get a lot of glitching i think from a neighbors 5g cell phone i would not assume that your equipment is the problem
