settings/buzztv utilities
go to that screen

I press "home" then "settings" at the top of the screen, then "buzz utilities" then "remote control" then it just goes back to the menu.

Did what you said - still same problem.

Today I went back to the remote setup app and the remote is connected, firmware showing V07 and I can now select the backlight option. I don't understand why it is suddenly working - I didn't do anything else.

Finally got my buzz5 running after 2 days this box doesn’t work with some servers , why back light only stays on for lest than 5 seconds , can I change to longer time ? And the volume on the box is not that good for me , I have to race the Tv volume very high

there is no volume from the box if paired to tv
it uses tv volume
any other box I have to set my tv's to 60%
I've had no issues connecting to any servers
