anyone having issues with xciptv branded app?

Anyone else have users being booted from xciptv? I have a handful of folks who just get kicked off when they open it. Seems their control panel and frontend are down also... Can't even ask them since they have no platform for support other then email...

if panel is down that you put your dns/url portal in
that's where it gets the url/dns portal for them so it will boot them as it cant get the server url
