HD5 Factory Reset

I have an HD5 that I am looking to factory reset and can not find the instructions on how to factory reset. Anyone know how to do this?

The reason that I want to factory reset is that it will not connect via ethernet (or WiFi) to any router other than one utilizing 192.168.1.x addresses. Yes the box is set to DHCP.

To Factory Reset BuzzTv HD5, please follow below steps. C/P Ryu

1. Click on Settings
2. Go to Device Preferences
3. Hit About
4. click Factory Reset

So under settings/device preferences all i have is "restart"
The HD5 is on version v20221011 5.0.775

all my other boxes are on 5.0.799
