I can confirm that OK2 at least does transmit subtitle info. I just tested again a few minutes ago with the 4 montreal local channels (CTV Montreal, CityTV Montreal, Global Montreal, and CBC Montreal). With OK2 (using XC login), and on my buzz xrs4900, if I turn on subtitles (Closed Captions) I get all the subtitles to display.
Depending on what app you are using, you will need to figure out how to turn them on. If you are using something like STBEmu, you will need to change the media player. the default "ljk" one does not support subtitles I believe. First thing you'll need to do is go to the settings and select a different media player (EXO, VLC, etc..). VLC is always a good bet. Once you change media players, you can then go to the menu again and select "subtitles" and you should see the various available options.
