No problem updating with my X5. Took about 7 minutes.

did you click on install? did you click on reboot? do you have enough storage space? if not make some room and delete some recordings...etc and try again.

I waited 22 minutes stuck on preparing
so I exited and went into settings and restarted
only took 4 minutes to prepare 2nd try and downloaded and installed in about 15 minutes
