    Default Lost all Signal

Was watching tv today, using my dreamlink t5, around 1pm I went to switch from 1 channel over to the afternoon game, soon as I went to th channel I lost all signal. No signal on 91 and none on 82. Calm day here today, no wind to move the dish. Tried a different pskmodule. Same thing. Tried a different power source and same thing, what am I missing

Are you getting any Messages on TV screen like "Bad Signal" "No signal" or anything ?
Like Dishuser said are you using a switch, maybe bad, bad cables or connections
You have to track it Down what's causing the issue.

I’ve been using the diseqc switch originally, after I lost signal today, I tried an sw21, same thing, bad or no signal on the screen. Go into settings and signal meter is in red, not loceked on in blue. I even tried a eliminating the switch and just hooking up 1 satellite. Nothing

I will bet Dimes to Donuts it is your power adapter, or adapters you are using, you need one that's 12v 3.5-5amp
for the T5 To Operate "CORRECTLY" Check the Specs on the power adapters you are using.
If you are using the ones that came with the T5, They will fail it is the #1 problem with the Dreamlinks T4-5
You should also have Cooling Measures in place (fans) i have a set of USB Powered Fans that sit
on top of my Boxes Blowing/Sucking air in/out keeping them nice & Cool

when i had that problem turn out to be a bad connector. also make sure to take off the tuner plate for the tuner chip can breathe better. when it comes to the power supply it’s very important to make sure it’s what auggie said. i personally use a 12v 6amp due to my having a longer run of coax

When you are mentioning tuned plate, what is that? Are you talking about where the coax plugs into? Coax screws onto lnb in, little metal box inside receiver. Remove cover off of it?

I would start with a PS. It's a good idea to always have a backup of one.

That cover serves as an rf shield, if it matters to anyone.

Ok so just an update, received a new 12v 5 amp power supply from Amazon, tried it out on the receiver, had to try to repoint the dish dince i farted around with it when it originally went out on me. Anyhow long story short, still no luck regaining signal. Next step, new coax from dish to receiver

I would say your Dish is not pointed correctly then since you farted around with it when it originally went out.
Go to dishpointer dot com, input your location with the Dish setup you have, it will give you a line of sight where to point
your dish with all the correct measurements to follow etc.
