Keep in mind many of the newer mag boxes are natively using Ministra. So your service provider needs to support it if I recall. I'm no MAG expert, but I would not spend any money on MAG boxes in this day and age. Way too many other more flexible options out there.
It is quite possible that your provider does NOT support this box.
