    Default Buzz X5 Video garbled

    Turned on my X5 the video is now all choppy performed factory default still same issue.
    Problem is with box not tv tried other tv's problem followed.

    Any suggestions ?

    what app/firmware version you have? did you try different player? are you connected wired or wireless?

    Have you tried changing the HDMI cable ?

    Yes I've tried other HDMI cables,
    I had the latest firmware version when the box boots the video is fine.

    I was watching TV fine just hit home and problem started.
    It gets garbled as soon as the GUI loads now.

    I did a factory default and same issue when trying to go through setups remote pair etc...

    I have one of the first X5's released that required manual firmware update recently for the auto updates to take.

    I have the same one
    but I use a hi-speed hdmi cable
    if problem persists do a hard reset

    The video on Buzz start is fine.

    Worst case, send buzz customer service an email.

    If the box is defective, they will take care of you.
